Customer Success Specialist – Biopharma

About the role

JoVE is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to help scientists at leading biopharma companies integrate JoVE video solutions into their laboratory, operational, and training workflows. You will act as a trusted scientific partner, ensuring customers derive maximum value from their subscriptions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily outreach to scientific, quality, manufacturing, and training teams via calls, emails, and product demos.
• Drive adoption by delivering product awareness and training sessions to existing biopharma customers and research institutes.
• Increase engagement through presentations at industry exhibits, webinars, and onsite visits.
• Support subscription renewals by ensuring smooth implementation and consistent usage of JoVE resources.
• Maintain ongoing communication with key decision‑makers to align activities with strategic objectives.
• Provide customer feedback to sales, product, and marketing teams to influence product decisions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or PhD in Life Sciences or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on wet‑lab research experience with ownership of experimental workflows.
• Experience in biopharma, CRO, CDMO, or research centre is strongly preferred.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
