Direct Response Creative Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a Direct Response Creative Strategist to own the creative strategy and Meta account management for a portfolio of fast‑growing DTC health and wellness brands. The role combines deep direct‑response copywriting with hands‑on media buying to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop full creative strategy – research, angles, hooks, scripts, briefs and a pipeline of concepts.
• Create native‑style ads and advertorial‑style creative for health, wellness and consumer product brands.
• Run batch creative testing, launching multiple new angles each week across assigned accounts.
• Manage day‑to‑day Meta (Facebook) ad accounts, handling optimization, scaling and daily updates without supervision.
• Translate performance data (ROAS, MER, CPA, LTV:CAC) into the next creative decision.
• Protect key business metrics while continuously improving campaign efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven deep direct‑response background with a strong understanding of buying psychology.
• Experience writing native ads, advertorials and affiliate‑style creative for DTC brands.
• Ability to name direct‑response marketers or educators you have learned from.
• High‑volume concept output across multiple brands simultaneously.
• Hands‑on Meta media‑buying experience – account setup, batch testing and daily optimization.
• Research‑first mindset using customer language, competitor analysis and real data to drive concepts.
• Self‑directed, fast‑moving and highly accountable, with experience on aggressive or bold‑claim offers.
