Direct Response Creative Strategist

About the role

Natura Labs is a performance‑marketing agency that runs paid social for fast‑growing DTC brands in health, wellness, skincare and consumer products. We are seeking a Direct Response Creative Strategist who will own the creative strategy and Meta account management for a portfolio of brands, turning data‑driven insights into high‑impact ad concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop full creative strategies – research, angles, hooks, scripts, briefs and concept pipelines.
• Produce native‑style ads and advertorial‑style creative for health and wellness brands.
• Run batch creative testing, generating multiple new angles each week.
• Manage Meta accounts daily – optimization, scaling and performance updates.
• Translate performance metrics (ROAS, MER, CPA, LTV:CAC) into next‑step creative decisions.

Required profile

• Deep background in direct‑response copywriting and creative strategy.
• Proven experience writing native ads, advertorials and affiliate‑style creative for DTC brands.
• Hands‑on expertise with Meta media buying, including account setup, batch testing and daily optimization.
• Research‑first mindset – customer language, competitor analysis and data‑driven concept development.
• Self‑directed, fast‑moving and highly accountable.
