Director of Account Based Marketing

About the role

Power Digital is seeking a Director of Account Based Marketing (ABM) to lead the strategy, build‑out, and performance of its ABM discipline across the B2B portfolio. You will own the playbooks, platform strategy, and cross‑functional orchestration that turn target account lists into pipeline and revenue, acting as the senior ABM voice for clients and the internal authority on intent data, account scoring, and multi‑channel execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own end‑to‑end ABM strategy and delivery for the B2B client portfolio, including account selection, tiering, and intent‑signal integration.
• Partner with B2B account directors to translate GTM plans into executable ABM programs.
• Coordinate with Paid Media, Content, Creative, and Email/Lifecycle teams to ensure unified, account‑based campaigns.
• Architect ABM frameworks while also operating the platforms directly when needed.
• Link strategy to execution by aligning media, content, and outreach decisions with account insights.
• Report performance, tying ABM activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes rather than mere engagement metrics.
