Director of Marketing – Remote B2B SaaS

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead the end‑to‑end marketing function for a fast‑growing B2B SaaS company. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own demand generation, inbound pipeline creation, and overall brand positioning while working 100% remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute demand‑generation strategies across content, email, social media, and paid channels.
• Grow and optimize LinkedIn as the primary inbound acquisition platform.
• Manage newsletter, podcast, blog, YouTube, review‑platform, and other content initiatives.
• Lead event sponsorships, community engagement programs, and partnership‑focused campaigns.
• Oversee website messaging, conversion‑rate optimization, and landing‑page development.
• Collaborate on core messaging and positioning with senior leadership.
• Track and report marketing performance metrics tied to pipeline creation and revenue growth.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
• At least 2 years leading or owning a marketing function.
• Proven demand‑generation record with measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
• Comfortable being accountable for revenue targets and business outcomes.
• Experience in partnership ecosystems, channel programs, or partner marketing is a strong plus.
• Highly execution‑oriented with the ability to build programs from scratch.
