About the role
We are seeking a DTC Operations Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of our darkstore network and to deliver the promised value to our consumers. The role supports AB InBev’s mission to brew beloved beers and create meaningful experiences while driving performance and accountability.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the correct functioning of all darkstore locations, overseeing daily operations and inventory controls.
- Guarantee delivery of the value proposition to consumers by managing stock‑out situations, meeting service‑level agreements, and monitoring cold‑chain performance.
- Adhere to Backus performance standards and internal control processes, including regular inventory audits and reporting.
