Electrical BIM Job Captain

About the role

The Electrical BIM Job Captain leads modeler teams on electrical BIM projects, mentors staff on software best practices, and ensures high‑quality deliverables. The role blends leadership with hands‑on modeling to produce accurate, coordinated electrical models.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate modeler teams for assigned projects.
• Mentor modelers on Revit, Navisworks, RECAP and Cloud Compare usage.
• Identify missing information, manage RFI/RFC processes, and perform quality control.
• Produce and refine electrical BIM models to LOD 400 standards.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of BIM experience in electrical projects.
• Engineering degree.
• Proven experience managing teams and client interactions.
• Experience delivering models at LOD 400.
