Ex-MBB Strategy Consultant - AI Training (Remote)

About the role

Join Toloka AI’s Mindrift team to shape the next generation of generative AI by translating real-world consulting engagements into structured learning environments. This remote, project‑based position focuses on designing realistic consulting scenarios that train AI systems in high‑level business reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed, industry‑specific consulting project scenarios, including financials, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Design discrete consulting tasks (e.g., market sizing, cost optimization, growth strategy) that mirror actual consulting work.
• Develop evaluation rubrics, grading frameworks, and golden‑answer solutions for each task to calibrate LLM‑based assessment tools.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to ensure the tasks integrate smoothly into reinforcement‑learning pipelines.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort with uncertainty and defending recommendations in fast‑paced environments.
