Executive Assistant to CEO

About the role

Beige, an AI‑powered media technology platform, is seeking an Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder & CEO. This is a high‑impact, non‑traditional assistant role that functions as an extension of the CEO, supporting operations, investor relations, communications, partnerships, and personal branding in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, meetings, and priorities.
• Act as gatekeeper for daily communications, inbound opportunities, and follow‑ups with leads, partners, investors, and advisors.
• Support investor‑relations activities, fundraising outreach, and executive communications.
• Assist with the CEO’s personal brand, public presence, and social‑media activity.
• Draft emails, presentations, reports, meeting notes, and other business communications.
• Organize and execute cross‑departmental projects, track deadlines, and ensure action items are completed.
• Coordinate with team members, vendors, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Conduct research and identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English (10/10 proficiency).
• Proven experience supporting senior executives in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem‑solving, and ability to think several steps ahead.
• Comfortable handling confidential information and acting as an extension of the CEO in meetings.
