Executive Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

Join BairesDev’s Executive Search team as a remote Executive Recruiter. You will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to identify, assess, and secure top‑tier executive talent for both internal roles and client organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute search strategies for executive‑level and senior positions.
• Conduct in‑depth candidate interviews and assessments.
• Manage offer negotiations and placement processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external networks.
• Stay current on market trends to refine sourcing tactics.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with executive searches.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with the U.S. market recruitment landscape.
• Experience working in remote or distributed environments.
• Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and candidate assessment abilities.
