Global Talent Acquisition Partner – Asia & Multilingual Recruitment

About the role

Kreato Global is looking for a proactive Global Talent Acquisition Partner to lead multilingual recruitment across Asian markets. You will own the full hiring lifecycle for native‑speaking professionals, supporting remote positions and building long‑term talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for multilingual candidates across Asia and other international markets.
• Source native‑speaking talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, regional job boards, social media, referrals and university networks.
• Conduct structured interviews in English, assess language proficiency, professionalism and technical readiness.
• Maintain accurate ATS records, track recruitment metrics and report progress.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies and employer‑branding initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international recruitment, preferably within Asia.
• Proven network or sourcing success in at least one Asian market (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, South Korea).
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher); additional language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
