Graduate Full-Stack Developer (AI-First)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Full-Stack Developer to join our product-focused teams. You will work on a variety of client projects, applying an AI-first mindset to build modern web solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript, Node.js and Nest.js, covering front-end, back-end, cloud and AI-related components.
• Write clean, test-driven code following TDD, Clean Code, Refactoring, SOLID and OO design principles, leveraging AI-assisted development tools.
• Participate in continuous delivery pipelines to improve release speed and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, product-oriented teams to deliver innovative customer experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies from our Technology Radar and apply them to solve client challenges.

Required profile

• Less than one year of professional experience in a software development role (internships excluded).
• Strong computer-science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms and database concepts.
• Basic understanding of object-oriented programming principles and hands-on practice.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, transparent and feedback-driven environment.
