Growth Marketer – Remote (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Marketer to own and scale our teacher acquisition strategy worldwide. You will manage paid media, SEO, and SEM initiatives, collaborating closely with the Marketing Lead and Growth Owner to expand our community in a sustainable manner.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, handling budget allocation and bidding strategies.
• Monitor CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates, adjusting campaigns based on performance data.
• Own the SEO strategy, including keyword research, on‑page optimisation, content briefs, and technical health checks.
• Manage SEM efforts to ensure alignment between paid and organic search presence.
• Explore Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to improve visibility in AI‑driven search and chat tools.
• Run A/B tests on landing pages, ad creatives, and copy to boost conversion rates.
• Build and maintain acquisition dashboards, translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure creative assets match campaign goals.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform changes, algorithm updates, and growth‑marketing best practices.

Required profile

• 2+ years managing paid media campaigns (Meta Ads and Google Ads required).
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (keyword research, on‑page optimisation, basic technical SEO).
• Experience with SEM campaign management.
• Comfortable using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Intermediate English proficiency (C2C operates internationally).
• Bonus: familiarity with GEO/AI search optimisation, experience in edtech or B2B2C platforms.
