Growth Workflow Specialist – Organic Growth

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Workflow Specialist focused on organic growth to automate and scale our SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) initiatives. Working closely with the organic growth strategy lead, you will turn strategic recommendations into high‑velocity automated pipelines that drive visibility across AI‑powered answer engines and traditional search.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain an end‑to‑end automation pipeline from keyword ingestion to CMS deployment.
• Translate SEO/AEO strategy into detailed workflow specifications for the engineering team.
• Monitor LLM visibility for priority topics and set up automated alerts and response actions.
• Generate content briefs automatically by pulling competitive gaps, search signals and AEO data.
• Quality‑assure AI‑generated content for accuracy, brand alignment and SEO/AEO best practices before publishing.
• Define knowledge‑base inputs, content rules and market‑specific requirements for growth agents.
• Extend automation to other growth levers such as CRO content, onboarding copy and localization workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in SEO, preferably with exposure to AEO.
• Proven ability to create and manage automated workflows and content pipelines.
• Experience monitoring AI/LLM‑driven visibility and reacting to shifts in real time.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven growth.
