Head of Internal Audit – Peru

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Head of Internal Audit to lead audit activities for its Peruvian operations. You will work closely with Risk, Compliance and senior leadership to ensure robust governance, effective controls and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a risk‑based internal audit plan focused on Peruvian entities, prioritising technology, payments, operational resilience and third‑party risk.
• Execute internal audits in line with Revolut’s global methodology, using data analytics to assess risks and test controls.
• Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management and the Board of Directors.
• Maintain strong relationships with the CEO, CRO, CCO and operational teams in Peru.
• Respond to regulatory inquiries and provide oversight of management action plans.

Required profile

• 7+ years of audit experience in a regulated financial‑services environment.
• Proven track record of conducting end‑to‑end risk‑based internal audits.
• Experience leading audit teams and managing stakeholder relationships at senior levels.
• Strong knowledge of global regulatory expectations for operations in Peru.

• Ability to analyse data to identify risk trends and control weaknesses.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for senior and board audiences.
