Head of Internal Audit (Peru)

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Head of Internal Audit to lead internal audit activities for its Peruvian operations. The role works closely with Risk, Compliance and senior leadership to ensure robust governance, control frameworks and regulatory compliance across technology, payments, operational resilience and third‑party risk.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a risk‑based audit plan for Peru, prioritising key risk areas.
• Execute internal audits in line with global methodology, covering financial crime, payments and third‑party risk.
• Leverage data analytics to test controls and provide actionable insights.
• Present audit findings to senior management and the Board, and own relationships with the CEO, CRO and CCO.
• Respond to regulatory inquiries and validate management remediation actions.

Required profile

• 7+ years of audit experience in a regulated financial services environment.
• Proven track record of leading end‑to‑end risk‑based internal audits.
• Strong knowledge of global regulatory expectations for operations in Peru.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for senior and board audiences.
• Relevant certifications such as CPA, CIA, ACAMS or similar.
