Head of International HR & Recruitment (Builder Role)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing international group of 50+ employees operating across more than 20 legal entities in six countries. We need a senior, hands‑on leader to design and launch a fully‑structured international HR and recruitment function from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Design the global HR & recruitment architecture, including org design, roles, workflows, reporting lines and documentation standards.
• Build an end‑to‑end recruitment system: sourcing strategy, channel selection, screening frameworks, interview processes and offer management.
• Select, implement and manage the core HR tech stack (HRIS and ATS).
• Create structured onboarding and off‑boarding programs using tools such as Trainual or SweetProcess.
• Define, implement and enforce a KPI framework; hold the team accountable to measurable targets.
• Lead, mentor and scale a distributed HR team across multiple time zones.
• Track and improve key metrics: time‑to‑hire, quality‑of‑hire, pipeline conversion and cost‑per‑hire.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of international recruiting experience in the EU or USA.
• Proven experience managing and leading a team.
• Hands‑on experience with an HRIS and an ATS.
• Experience creating onboarding/off‑boarding training programs (Trainual, SweetProcess or similar).
• Track record of building or scaling an HR/recruitment function from scratch.
• Strong results‑driven mindset with full ownership of outcomes.
• English at C1 level or higher (written and spoken).
