Head of Investor Relations (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Investor Relations to lead proactive communication and relationship care for all Ludlow Property Group investors. This remote, full-time position will shape the investor experience, ensuring every interaction feels warm, attentive and flawless.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for investors via email, phone and video, delivering swift and courteous responses.
• Manage the investor lifecycle from onboarding, document collection and portal setup to ongoing touchpoints such as quarterly reports, distribution notices and tax document delivery.
• Anticipate investor needs by tracking important dates and following up before inquiries arise.
• Maintain accurate investor records in CRM and the investor portal.
• Plan and execute investor events, property visits and personalized gestures to foster a sense of membership.
• Gather feedback and collaborate with leadership to continuously improve the investor experience.
• Coordinate with accounting, legal and asset-management teams to provide accurate answers quickly.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong background in customer service, real-estate marketing, investor relations, CRM and asset management.
• Passion for AI and its application in professional settings.
• Willingness to answer interview questions via video.
