Head of Sales (Remote) for Fast‑Growing B2B SaaS

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead and scale the revenue engine of a fast‑growing B2B SaaS company. This senior, hands‑on position will define go‑to‑market strategy, build repeatable sales processes, and drive aggressive growth while remaining close to customers on key opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with aggressive growth targets.
• Define target markets, ideal customer profiles, and outbound sales motions.
• Set revenue goals, forecasting processes, and performance metrics.
• Oversee the full sales funnel, from prospecting to closed‑won deals, and personally engage in high‑value opportunities.
• Improve outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, partnerships, referrals, and other channels.
• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and manage future sales hires, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Create sales playbooks, training programs, and coaching frameworks.
• Build relationships with senior executives and partnership leaders to gather market insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience building outbound sales motions and closing complex B2B SaaS deals.
• Track record of scaling high‑performing sales organizations in fast‑paced startup environments.
• Strategic thinker with a builder mentality and strong execution focus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to influence product direction through customer feedback.
