Head of Sportsbook Development

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Head of Sportsbook Development to lead the strategic growth, innovation and optimisation of our sportsbook department. This full‑time position will drive product development, enhance player experience and ensure long‑term profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the sportsbook product strategy, identify new market opportunities, collaborate with providers and internal teams, and oversee development and optimisation of proprietary tools.
• Design and enhance the end‑to‑end user experience across all platforms, implement personalisation strategies and analyse player behaviour to optimise the sportsbook journey.
• Work closely with CRM and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns, drive player acquisition, retention and reactivation, and evaluate performance based on data insights.
• Own key performance metrics such as GGR, margin and player LTV, using analytics to drive decision‑making and maximise revenue.
• Collaborate with risk teams to manage liability and exposure, develop frameworks that balance competitiveness with profitability, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Build and evolve the sportsbook department structure, define processes, tools and best practices for scalability, and support leadership on long‑term vision and growth plans.
• Deliver high‑level performance reports to senior stakeholders, translate data into actionable strategic initiatives and continuously identify opportunities for innovation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in sportsbook, iGaming or product management.
• Strong expertise in sportsbook strategy, odds and market trends.
• Proven track record in product development and innovation.
• Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with marketing, CRM and technology teams.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken.
