HR Generalist and Recruiter

About the role

GC Realty Development LLC is looking for a proactive HR Generalist and Recruiter to lead full‑cycle recruitment and talent strategy for both U.S. and Latin America positions. This remote, full‑time role will support the company’s growth by managing every step from job posting to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for Chicago and remote Latin America roles, from posting to onboarding.
• Market open positions, run outreach campaigns, and attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct screening calls, schedule interviews, and prepare hiring manager documentation.
• Maintain the ApplicantPro ATS, move candidates through the pipeline, and ensure data accuracy.
• Review Predictive Index assessments and provide clear feedback to hiring managers.
• Manage onboarding, off‑boarding, background checks, and exit interviews.
• Build employer brand on Glassdoor, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Report on metrics such as time‑to‑hire, quality of hire, retention, and turnover.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience (4+ years preferred).
• Fluent in English and native Spanish.
• Experience recruiting for U.S. positions and familiarity with U.S. labor law (or willingness to learn quickly).
• Comfortable working Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST.
• Own reliable computer equipment and internet connection.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ApplicantPro) proficiency.
• Predictive Index or similar assessment tools.
• Knowledge of U.S. labor law (federal, state, local).
