Human Resources Coordinator – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

LatinoPro is seeking a detail‑oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support its growing remote workforce across Latin America. You will work independently in a fully remote environment, ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance, and employee experience for U.S.‑based clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate employee onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Maintain accurate personnel files and HR documentation.
• Complete I‑9 verifications and monitor compliance requirements.
• Assist with payroll‑related tasks and keep employee records up to date.
• Support recruiting activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Respond to employee HR inquiries and provide administrative support.
• Ensure adherence to U.S. employment policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment documentation, and HR processes.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of tasks.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS platforms.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools.
