Human Resources Generalist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join CrewBloom’s remote team. You will be the operational backbone of HR, ensuring compliant and efficient employee lifecycle management from recruitment through off‑boarding.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for office staff positions across multiple channels.
• Manage offer communications, pre‑employment documentation, and hiring decisions in line with HR policy.
• Execute full onboarding, including credential verification, I‑9/E‑Verify, orientation, and workstation setup.
• Enroll new hires in the fingerprint clock‑in system and maintain accurate time‑keeping records.
• Maintain employee data in the HRIS and ensure accurate payroll and off‑boarding processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources.
• Proficiency in payroll, off‑boarding, HRIS, and HR operations.
• Conversational ability in English, Spanish, and Chinese.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to compliance.
