Information Security Analyst

About the role

Deel is seeking an Information Security Analyst to act as a technical leader for its Security Operations function. The analyst will design, implement and optimise tools and processes that protect Deel’s information assets and data worldwide. You will be responsible for detecting threats, managing alerts and leading incident response to keep the platform secure.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the incident response process, investigating security events and suspicious activities.
• Manage the daily alert flow, perform remediation and coordinate response actions.
• Conduct deep‑dive investigations, proactive threat hunting and develop detection capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve the overall security posture.
• Assist in shaping threat detection and remediation strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in security operations, incident response or threat hunting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and lead investigations with precision.
