Inside Sales Executive

About the role

The Inside Sales Executive supports Aqua Expeditions’ global B2B sales efforts by executing the Inside Sales Calendar, coordinating trade communications, and delivering high‑quality marketing and commercial content for travel partners. This role strengthens relationships with agencies, consortia, and global partners through precise coordination, clear communication, and timely delivery of initiatives across all trade channels.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the annual Inside Sales Calendar and support global trade initiatives.
• Propose and coordinate topics for trade newsletters and LinkedIn posts.
• Collaborate with Marketing (Content & Creative teams) to develop accurate and compelling trade communications.
• Coordinate distribution of communications through Zoho Campaigns and CRM tools.
• Maintain updated profiles in consortia and affiliations, sharing news, promotions, and incentives.
• Organise dedicated campaigns, webinars, and other trade visibility opportunities.
• Support creation of marketing assets, translations, presentations, and sales materials, ensuring brand‑aligned content.
• Assist with logistics, registrations, booth coordination, and marketing materials for trade shows and events.
