Inside Sales Executive

About the role

Aqua Expeditions, a global luxury travel company offering customized voyages aboard contemporary vessels, is hiring an Inside Sales Executive in Lima, Peru (full-time). The role supports global B2B sales by running the Inside Sales Calendar, coordinating trade communications and delivering high-quality marketing and commercial content for travel partners, strengthening relationships with agencies, consortia and global partners.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the annual Inside Sales Calendar and support global trade initiatives
• Propose and coordinate topics for trade newsletters and LinkedIn posts, and collaborate with Marketing's Content and Creative teams
• Distribute communications through Zoho Campaigns and CRM tools
• Maintain updated profiles in consortia and affiliations and share news, promotions and incentives
• Coordinate campaigns, webinars and other trade visibility opportunities
• Support marketing assets, translations, presentations and sales materials, keeping content aligned with brand standards
• Assist with event logistics, registrations, booth coordination and materials, and support client events such as luncheons, dinners and webinars
• Upload contracts, engagement plans and alerts in Zoho Projects, support monthly reports and Inside Sales metrics, and take part in weekly and monthly calls with Sales, Reservations and Marketing

Required profile

• Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field
• Experience in marketing, commercial or B2B roles within tourism/hospitality
• Excellent writing in English and Spanish, with advanced English (mandatory)
• Strong communication, organization and attention to detail, comfortable with tight deadlines
• Proactive, creative and a strong team player

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools
• Use of Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Projects
