Insurance Associate (Spanish) – Peru

About the role

Savvital is looking for a detail‑oriented Insurance Associate who is fluent in Spanish to support the daily operations of a US‑based insurance agency. The role blends commercial insurance quoting, policy renewals, health insurance administration, and general office support, ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Review inbound prospect files and compile submissions for E&O, D&O, and Cyber Liability applications.
• Complete ACORD applications for Workers’ Compensation and general commercial P&C, and upload underwriting packets to carrier portals.
• Monitor renewal alerts, order loss runs, verify payroll and revenue data, and coordinate with wholesale/surplus lines brokers.
• Manage group health censuses, run health insurance quote comparisons, and track open‑enrollment timelines.
• Handle office administration tasks such as answering calls, setting up client files, sending welcome packets, and maintaining data hygiene in QQCatalyst.

Required profile

• 2+ years supporting a US‑based independent insurance agency with hands‑on commercial quoting and renewal experience.
• Proficiency with Vertafore QQCatalyst and familiarity with major P&C, professional liability, and health carrier portals.
