IT Recruiter – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join its global recruiting team. You will work remotely, collaborating with multicultural teams to source, assess, and place top‑tier technology talent for leading clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, technical assessments, presenting, and closing candidates.
• Coordinate candidate interviews with clients, prepare candidates, and follow up after interviews.
• Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Interpret client and vacancy requirements to tailor recruitment strategies.
• Partner with the sales team to support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience.
• At least 1 year of full‑life‑cycle recruiting in the IT sector.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and self‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
