IT Recruiter – Young Professional (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a motivated Young Professional to join its global talent acquisition team as an IT Recruiter. This fully remote position offers the chance to support end‑to‑end recruitment for cutting‑edge technology projects and develop sourcing and interviewing skills alongside experienced recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting and sourcing to screening and interview coordination.
• Source candidates on job boards, LinkedIn and other platforms to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fit and interest.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to refine search strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
