About the role
We are looking for an experienced leader to take charge of our store in Trujillo. As the Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, foster a positive work environment, and drive the team toward achieving sales and service goals.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and supervise all daily store activities.
- Maintain a productive and positive workplace atmosphere.
- Lead, motivate, and manage store staff to meet performance targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
- Manage resources, control sales performance, and monitor inventory levels.
- Ensure operational efficiency and continuous growth of the store.
Required profile
- University graduate.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar retail management position.
- Proven ability to manage and develop personnel.
