Junior Financial Analyst

About the role

TRANZACT is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to join its FP&A team. The role will support budgeting, forecasting and cash‑management activities while providing data‑driven insights that influence business decisions across the insurance services business.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of FP&A on cash management, including forecasting, tracking and analyzing cash receipts and disbursements.
• Assist in the end‑to‑end budgeting and forecasting processes for multiple business units.
• Develop and maintain financial models that support performance monitoring, cost optimisation and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and board‑level discussions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data and ensure accuracy of financial information.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or 0‑2 years of experience in finance, accounting or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with large datasets.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable communicating findings to non‑technical audiences.
• Team player who can collaborate across departments.
