Junior Software Developer – Remote

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. You will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate responses for quality, and create coding challenges that help improve AI model performance. No prior AI experience is required, making this an ideal project‑based, asynchronous opportunity for developers.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate code produced by AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive, and structured written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, or any engineering discipline.
• Legally authorized to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
