Junior Software Engineer – Remote AI Training Role

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a fully remote, paid AI training program. You will work asynchronously, reviewing AI-generated code, rating responses, and creating coding challenges to help improve the performance of our AI models. No prior AI experience is required.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate code produced by AI models for correctness, efficiency and best-practice adherence.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as accuracy, instruction-following and overall quality.
• Design original computer-science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies in AI-generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid-level or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
