Junior Website Builder – Content Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Junior Website Builder to join our team. In this role you will use our proprietary website builder platform to create and launch websites for a diverse portfolio of clients across Central and South America.

Key responsibilities

• Understand each client’s goals, audience and branding to design intuitive site structures and navigation.
• Write compelling, SEO‑friendly website copy that clearly communicates the client’s products, services and unique selling points.
• Select and curate appropriate images, icons and visual elements that align with the brand identity.
• Choose color palettes and design elements that create a cohesive, visually appealing site.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure error‑free functionality across devices and browsers.

Required profile

• Strong creative sensibility and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work 8 hours per day, 5 days a week (7:30 am‑4:30 pm EST) with one weekend day as needed.
• Based in Central or South America.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Web Design or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in content creation, website design or a similar role.

Required skills

• Proficiency with website builder platforms and Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for content creation.
• Strong design sensibility for layout, color, and imagery selection.
