Key Account Manager – Client Relationship & Growth

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to lead and expand relationships with senior stakeholders at our client organisations. The role focuses on driving revenue growth by leveraging IQVIA’s full portfolio of clinical research, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence services.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client priorities and achieve or exceed revenue and growth targets for assigned accounts.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on marketing, market research, sales management, industry trends and IQVIA’s product and consulting capabilities.
• Identify and pursue new business and contract expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, consulting and client service teams to develop tailored solutions for complex client challenges.
• Monitor client satisfaction, manage renewals and subscriptions, and ensure high levels of service delivery.
• Participate in multi‑country opportunities in coordination with global and regional account teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least four years of relevant sales, account management or solution‑sales experience.
• Proven ability to build long‑term client relationships and act as a strategic advisor.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
