Learning Designer – Remote

About the role

As a Learning Designer at BairesDev, you will create engaging training programs that drive organizational growth. You will translate complex information into effective e‑learning experiences for a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials and e‑learning modules aligned with specific learning objectives.
• Manage the deployment and optimization of content within Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Use advanced authoring tools to produce interactive, visually compelling digital learning assets.
• Establish and track key performance indicators to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to identify knowledge gaps and define learning outcomes.
• Continuously refine content based on user feedback and emerging pedagogical trends.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Instructional Design or e‑learning development.
• Proven expertise designing and delivering training programs using LMS platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
