About the role

As a Learning & Development Specialist at BairesDev, you will design and deliver strategic learning initiatives that support employee growth and align with the company’s global objectives. You will transform training needs into engaging, measurable educational experiences for diverse teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage comprehensive instructional designs and curricula tailored to various business needs.
• Oversee the administration and optimization of LMS platforms to ensure seamless content delivery.
• Develop interactive e‑learning materials using advanced authoring tools.
• Facilitate training programs and workshops that address critical skill gaps and enhance workforce adaptability.
• Establish metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure the long‑term impact and effectiveness of learning investments.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as an L&D Specialist or in a similar instructional design role.
• Proven expertise in designing and delivering comprehensive training programs.
• Strong ability to measure training effectiveness and its impact on performance.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Experience with LMS platforms.
• Proficiency in e‑learning authoring tools such as Articulate.
• Proficiency in e‑learning authoring tools such as Storyline.
