Learning & Development Young Professional (Remote)

About the role

Join BairesDev as a Learning & Development Young Professional and support the design, coordination, and delivery of training initiatives across a global tech company. This remote, entry‑level position offers the chance to work alongside experienced L&D professionals and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating logistics for training programs, workshops, and learning events.
• Support the creation of learning materials such as presentations, guides, and e‑learning content.
• Maintain and update content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Collect and analyze participant feedback to help improve learning programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
• Help track and report L&D metrics to measure impact and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in training, talent development, or instructional design.
• Creative, organized, and comfortable using digital tools and learning platforms.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
