Legal Assistant – Case Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Legal Assistant – Case Manager to support disability claim operations for professional athletes. The role involves managing the full claims lifecycle, acting as the primary contact for clients, and collaborating with internal leadership and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and edit affidavits based on statements, interview notes and verbal information.
• Organise and structure case information to ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Review supporting documents such as employment records, medical records and physician letters for accuracy.
• Identify and flag missing or inconsistent information for clarification.
• Incorporate revisions and feedback from legal staff promptly.
• Maintain organised records and follow documentation processes.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

Required profile

• English proficiency at C1 or C2 level.
• Strong writing and organisational abilities.
• At least one year of experience in a US law firm or similar legal environment.
• Ability to work with complex medical and legal documentation.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
