About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Legal Assistant to support our referral case management operations. The position is full‑time, onsite, and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced legal environment.

Key responsibilities

Manage incoming referral cases from intake through resolution support.
Track and update case statuses, ensuring timely follow‑ups.
Communicate with clients and referral partners.
Prepare, organize, and maintain case documentation.
Monitor inboxes and support workflow tracking for pre‑suit and in‑suit cases.

Required profile

At least 1 year of legal experience (US based).
B2+ English proficiency (written and spoken).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Capacity to work under pressure and adapt to changes.
