Marketing & Content Assistant (Remote, Peru)

About the role

MyOutDesk is hiring a Marketing & Content Assistant to support U.S.-based clients with day‑to‑day marketing execution. The role involves managing social media calendars, creating and scheduling content, running email campaigns and tracking performance metrics, all while working remotely from Peru.

Key responsibilities

• Build, schedule and publish social media content across platforms following a defined calendar, creating graphics and assets using Canva.
• Set up, format and deploy email campaigns in Mailchimp, GoHighLevel or similar platforms, manage lists and report on open and click rates.
• Track and report weekly metrics for social, email and website channels, support CRM updates, maintain content libraries and provide light administrative assistance.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English (C1 level preferred).
• Minimum 3 years experience in marketing, social media or content support, preferably with BPO or U.S. client exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Last three positions showing an average tenure of at least one year per role.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for graphic creation.
• Experience using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or GoHighLevel.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and content management systems.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, UTM tracking and performance reporting.
