Marketing Content Specialist

About the role

We are a wellness and design practice seeking a Marketing Content Specialist to create and publish high‑quality, audience‑ready content across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the founder to translate expertise, notes, and ideas into compelling written and visual assets.

Key responsibilities

• Produce publish‑ready posts, graphics, carousels, and short‑form videos for Substack, LinkedIn, Instagram, and email.
• Convert the founder’s notes, transcripts, and concepts into polished long‑form thought leadership, newsletters, and social copy.
• Design graphics, carousels, and visual frameworks using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Lead day‑to‑day social media execution from concept through scheduling, including copywriting, design, and video editing.
• Maintain an editorial calendar and support email campaigns, automated sequences, and conversion‑focused messaging.
• Track content performance across channels and refine topics, formats, and distribution strategies based on insights.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of content marketing, digital marketing, or social media management experience.
• Proven ability to independently produce and publish content for a founder, agency, or company.
• Experience managing social media channels and creating visual/video assets.
• Comfortable using ClickUp or similar project‑management tools.
• Strong English communication (written & spoken) and reliable high‑speed internet (200 Mbps minimum).
• Standard workstation: Windows 10/11 or macOS with at least 8 GB RAM.

What we offer

• Salary range: $1,900 – $2,200 USD per month.
• 100 % remote work.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am‑6:00 pm EST.
