Mortgage Virtual Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Virtual Assistant to support US‑based mortgage brokers and loan officers remotely. The role focuses on end‑to‑end loan file management, underwriting condition clearance, and borrower communication within the US mortgage lending process.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage loan files from submission through closing.
• Order, coordinate, and track appraisals.
• Collect, review, and organize borrower documentation.
• Follow up with borrowers on outstanding requirements.
• Review and help clear underwriting conditions.
• Communicate directly with underwriters, lenders, title companies, and other partners.
• Track loan progress and maintain accurate records.
• Update CRM/LOS systems with loan status and borrower information.
• Assist loan officers with lead follow‑up and cold calling as needed.
• Support basic marketing and social‑media activities when applicable.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to mortgage professionals.

Required profile

• Direct experience in US mortgage loan processing, underwriting condition clearance, or mortgage‑related assistance.
• Familiarity with mortgage terminology, borrower documentation, and closing procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple loan files, follow up consistently, and communicate professionally.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable working with US mortgage professionals.

Required skills

• Experience with mortgage CRM/LOS platforms such as Encompass, Calyx, Arive, or GoHighLevel.
