National Representative – Peru (Remote)

About the role

Vanzbon Global, a global enterprise service provider, is seeking a reliable and experienced Peru National Representative to work fully remotely. The role serves as the primary bridge between local Peruvian resources and the Shenzhen headquarters, ensuring seamless delivery of enterprise compliance, registration, finance, tax, and supply‑chain services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end local enterprise compliance services, including legal inspections, policy guidance, and risk assessments.
• Manage company registration, modifications, cancellations, and other commercial procedures in Peru.
• Provide full‑cycle financial and tax services such as bookkeeping, tax declarations, annual audits, and compliance monitoring.
• Monitor and relay updates on local industry and tax regulations to the headquarters.
• Identify, verify, and connect high‑quality local partners (law firms, accountants, tax advisors, etc.) and maintain a stable resource library.
• Coordinate local industrial resources like factories, office spaces, and commercial venues, and communicate their advantages and terms to the headquarters.
• Support the integration of upstream and downstream supply‑chain partners to facilitate cross‑border business.
• Act as the exclusive local liaison, ensuring smooth communication and project implementation between Peruvian enterprises and the Shenzhen team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing enterprise services or compliance in Peru.
• Strong knowledge of Peruvian legal, tax, and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to align local resources with headquarters’ needs.
