New Business & Partnerships Manager – North Cone Americas (Spanish)

About the role

Reap is expanding its Growth team and seeks a driven New Business & Partnerships Manager to lead sales and partnership initiatives across the North Cone of Latin America. The role focuses on generating new opportunities, guiding the full sales cycle, and expanding Reap’s fintech product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to client onboarding.
• Identify client pain points and communicate Reap’s multi‑pronged value proposition to diverse stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategies to qualify leads, close high‑quality deals, and meet revenue KPIs.
• Maintain an accurate sales forecast and a robust pipeline using CRM tools.
• Represent Reap’s API and product suite, providing market and product insights.
• Spot emerging market trends and stay updated on competitor offerings.
• Build long‑term relationships for upsell opportunities and ensure smooth handover to implementation and customer success teams.
• Collaborate on cross‑functional projects to improve the overall client journey.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of proven success in business development or sales.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in fast‑paced environments.
• Experience with sales performance metrics and process improvement.
• Background in crypto/Web3 or SaaS/API sales is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
