Operational Governance Auditor (Remote)

About the role

The Operational Governance Auditor ensures that post‑sales client interactions meet BairesDev’s quality and risk standards. Working remotely, you will review calls, meetings, follow‑ups and CRM updates to detect risks, missed opportunities and process deviations.

Key responsibilities

• Audit client‑facing interactions such as calls, meetings, and documentation for compliance with governance standards.
• Identify and document risks, missed opportunities, and deviations that could affect client satisfaction or revenue.
• Produce clear audit reports highlighting insights for account managers, delivery teams and leadership.
• Track audit outcomes, analyze trends and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with governance leadership and operational teams to clarify findings and drive corrective actions.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Experience in audit roles and post‑sales operations.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
