Operations Manager

About the role

GetWidestep is seeking an Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across the company. You will design and implement robust frameworks that improve mobility, eliminate bottlenecks, and enable scalable growth. This is a full‑time remote position for residents of Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Venezuela, or Peru.

Key responsibilities

• Map, document, and continuously improve processes across all departments.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional workflows to ensure seamless handoffs.
• Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key processes.
• Define, track, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that reflect real‑time operational health.
• Align communication channels and strategic priorities across teams.
• Lead automation and process‑improvement initiatives, including AI‑driven solutions where applicable.
• Provide regular operational health reports to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to prioritize tasks under constraints.
• Exceptional coordination and communication skills across diverse functional teams.
• Deep orientation toward structured, data‑driven results and measurable outcomes.
• Experience using project‑management and documentation tools such as Notion or ClickUp.
