About the role
As an Outlets Reservation Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests looking to book dining experiences at our hotel restaurants. You will turn inquiries into confirmed reservations while delivering the warm hospitality that Hilton is known for.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest and team member inquiries.
- Secure restaurant bookings, convert inquiries into confirmed reservations and manage special requests.
- Accurately record reservation details, including guest name, contact information and any dietary or seating preferences.
- Promote special menus, events or dining experiences to maximize restaurant sales.
- Maintain attention to detail and follow up on reservation changes or cancellations.
Required profile
- Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Integrity, teamwork, leadership and a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to act with urgency and discipline in a fast‑paced environment.
