About the role

StaffScout connects legal professionals with leading U.S. law firms for fully remote work. You will support U.S. litigation cases by drafting documents, conducting research, and coordinating case preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Draft sharp motions, pleadings, and correspondence trusted by attorneys.
• Research case law, discovery, and litigation strategy that shapes outcomes.
• Coordinate witnesses, organize evidence, and keep trial preparation moving at pace.

Required profile

• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• Real experience in legal support, paralegal, or professional legal services.
• Sharp eye for detail and drafting to U.S. litigation standards.
• Ability to thrive independently in a fully remote environment.
• Bonus: familiarity with U.S. legal processes and legal software tools.
