Partner Marketing Manager LATAM

About the role

The Partner Marketing Manager LATAM will drive partner‑focused marketing initiatives across Latin America, strengthening Acronis’ presence in the channel ecosystem and accelerating revenue growth. You will work closely with regional sales, global marketing, and strategic partners to create integrated programs that boost partner engagement, lead generation, and product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Support positioning of Acronis as the preferred backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity vendor within the regional partner ecosystem.
• Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to localize campaigns for LATAM markets.
• Align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and partner growth strategies.
• Develop and execute lead‑generation campaigns to grow pipeline and increase product adoption.
• Manage channel marketing programs such as webinars, nurture campaigns, events, tradeshows, email campaigns, incentives, contests, and partner enablement.
• Provide operational support for Marketing Development Funds, purchase orders, reporting, and localization of materials.
• Track and report on campaign performance, partner engagement, and marketing effectiveness.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid or remote environment.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B IT or channel marketing.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and highly organized.
• Willingness to travel frequently for partner events and tradeshows.
